Get to know Henry:

I am currently an undergraduate law student at the University of Oxford. Before starting at Oxford, I completed university-level courses in international law and intellectual property law at Fudan University over a summer. I graduated from a high school in Canada with a high school diploma and a Global Studies diploma which is a two-year advanced interdisciplinary research program. To graduate from this program, I authored a thesis on the legal implications of single-sex schools in British Columbia, Canada. I completed 10 Advanced Placement (AP) courses in high school and received high marks on all of the exams. My areas of expertise are mentoring and advising Oxbridge interviews and US & UK university personal statement writing and application, and teaching introductory debate for the British Parliamentary format. I am passionate about these areas because they are opportunities for people to learn and improve themselves. I strongly believe that great learning can be achieved with self-initiative and guidance. My method of tutoring is student-focused and feedback-focused. It is beneficial for students who are self-motivated and require someone to provide advice and feedback to get started on work that they have already done.
