I have excelled academically, being predicted 5 A*s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths and EPQ, combined with a Silver in the UK Chemistry Olympiad when I was 16, Gold in UKMT SMC when I was 15 and a 3200s UCAT. My journey has been driven by a curiosity in understanding complex systems as well as the innovativity in solutions to current problems – particularly in medicine. My expertise lies in strategic academic preparation – especially for exams such as UCAT and medical interviews. Helping aspiring medicine students understanding and wanting to help students navigate the rigorous process where one does not need to just excel academically, but also in super curriculars and personal presentation. What sets me apart from other tutors is that I teach students how to think, problem-solve and apply knowledge effectively under pressure – the difference makers when applying to the best medical schools. Having been very busy during my 6th form I had to become an expert in efficiency and so I will be able to make every session as impactful as possible, tailoring them to each students needs and providing a clear structure and goal for what they are to achieve between sessions – an approach driven by results.
